Multi-network scheduling

Schedule posts for the right accounts from one place

Write your post, select the exact connected accounts, and publish now or choose a future date. Antrapost tracks the outcome for each destination, so one failed account does not hide the others.

How scheduling works

  1. 01Prepare your copy and media
  2. 02Choose accounts, date, and time
  3. 03Check each destination in your history

Choose destinations, not just networks

A business may run several Pages or profiles on the same network. In the editor you can clear the initial account selection, choose only the intended destinations, and read their names again in the confirmation dialog. Saved groups help with recurring combinations, but you can review the accounts every time.

Antrapost currently focuses on authorized Facebook Pages, professional Instagram accounts, and Threads. Available formats and publishing permissions depend on each platform and connected account.

Adapt the post before you schedule

Start with one idea and customize the text for each network. Review the media and editor warnings: Instagram needs an image or video in this workflow, while some formats work differently on Facebook. If a network cannot publish the post, the editor shows that it will be skipped before you confirm.

Choose a future date and time or publish immediately. The confirmation shows the exact account names and scheduled time, giving you a final chance to catch a wrong destination.

Follow the result account by account

The history separates scheduled, processing, published, and failed results by destination. When one account fails, you can inspect its error and retry failed destinations without creating a duplicate on accounts that already published.

Antrapost is a publishing tool. It does not include a unified inbox, team approval workflow, or native mobile app. Check those requirements before choosing a plan.

Frequently asked questions

Can I schedule Instagram and Facebook together?

Yes, when both accounts are connected and the post is compatible with each network. Choose both destinations and a future date in the editor.

What happens if one network rejects the post?

The history shows the result for each account. The retry action targets failed destinations only.
